Terms and Conditions

The below deposit schedule is required

Deposit Schedule:

• 10% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking
• 90 days - A deposit of a further 25% is requested
• 60 days - A deposit of a further 25% is requested
• 14 days - The total outstanding balance is requested

Cancellation / Release Policy

• 90 days prior to the arrival - A review of room requirements is made, the group can be released with no cancellation penalty at this time
• 60 days prior to the arrival date a further review of room requirements, up to 25% of the group can be released with no penalty at this time.
• Rooms cancelled 0 – 30 days prior to the arrival date must pay the full accommodation fee
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
  A final rooming list with names and sharing requirements is required at 30 days prior to arrival
